We are very happy to announce that Dr. Jennifer Primmer is now an ART trained therapist!
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence based treatment that uses eye movements to reprogram the way in which distressing images and memories are stored in the brain so that they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions.
ART has been shown to achieve benefits much more rapidly than psychotherapy alone (usually within 1-5 sessions).
