Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence based treatment that uses eye movements to reprogram the way in which distressing images and memories are stored in the brain so that they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions.
ART has been shown to achieve benefits much more rapidly than psychotherapy alone (usually within 1-5 sessions).

We had a wonderful time this past weekend at the Calgary Military Family Resource Centre’s retreat for veteran mental health in beautiful Kananaskis! It was great to see old friends and to meet new ones! We were very grateful that Dr. Jennifer Primmer was asked to speak about the effect of deployment and PTSD on military children.
We were so excited to spend the day with the amazing staff of Northwest Dental Centre providing a workshop on the neurobiology of fear, its effect in the workplace, and neuroplasticity!
